TERMS for SERVICE
We do NOT accept personal checks on the same day of the service. Personal checks will be accepted 10 business days before the date of the service. For your convenience we do accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express.
A 25% or $50 witch ever is greater. Deposits are required to put your reservation into the booking schedule. The remaining 75% or 50% is due one week 7 Days before the scheduled date of service.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If there is a cancellation, there will be NO REFUND on the deposits. If the service is not cancelled 7 days prior to the date of service the customer will be held liable for the entire balance. The driver may at any time terminate the charter due to rowdy or out of control passengers, with NO REFUND.
CASH REFUNDS will NOT be issued for services rendered. Once you make a deposit, we will not over-book the limousine, or cancel your reservation except for weather conditions such as a snow storm or an accident. In the case of an accident, we will do our best to provide you with transportation from another company. If we cannot do this, you will receive a 100% refund.
In order to provide the highest level of customer service and maximum availability to all of our clients, we follow the policy below for canceling a reservation.
All prices and quotes are subject to change and availability until a charter is reserved with a major credit card. See our "Credit Card Authorization Form" for a our cancellation policy.

Cancellation or rescheduling fees. If your flight is cancelled and you are put on a later flight you may be charged for 'rescheduling".

1. COPYRIGHT DISCLOSURE.
Dream Limousine Service holds full copyright on material contained within this web site. Unlawful duplication or distribution of any material taken from this web site without consent from a representative of Dream Limousine Service is prohibited. Nothing contained on this site should be construed as granting, by implication, or otherwise, any license or right to use any of the Trademarks without the written permission of Dream Limousine Service or such other party that may own the Trademarks.
2. SERVICE CHANGE & CANCELLATIONS.
a). All Cancellations must be made in writing by sending email to email@example.com. Changes and cancellations can be made within 48 hours before pickup time by sending email to firstname.lastname@example.org. A full fare, including a 20% gratuity, will be billed if a cancellation occurs less than time specified before the scheduled pick up time.

If for any reason, you could not locate the chauffeur, call the dispatcher at 1-855-895-2162 or 209-664-1213 to avoid being billed as a no-show. Do not leave your location without communicating with our dispatcher. Dream Limousine Service. is not responsible for service delayed or not rendered due to Mother Nature or circumstances beyond our control. Dream Limousine Service does not guarantee vehicle availability or price for reservation changes.
b). The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 200.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is $500.00.
The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in all of our limousines and this is left to the discretion of the driver.
c). Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet.
d). Dream Limousine is not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. accidents, etc.).
e). We are NOT responsible for articles left in the limousine.
f). Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run.
g). Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT USE OF THIS SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
